In general, our commitment to your privacy is very simple. If, in the course of providing service, we collect any personally identifiable information, we pledge to safeguard that information to the best of our ability and we pledge not to share that information without your explicit permission. The only exception to this policy will occur if we are legally required by a legitimate authority to share your information.
It is important to note that once information has been shared, at your request, we cannot be responsible for its continued protection.
This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on any Creative Core Talent Network (Network) website. Currently, this includes ComeHometoSyracuse.com, EssentialNYJobs.com, ProjectION.com and CreativeCoreNY.com (Sites.)

Your privacy is important to us. To better protect your privacy we provide this notice explaining our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used. To make this notice easy to find, we make it available on our homepage and at every point where personally identifiable information may be requested.
The Information We Collect
On some sites and pages, you can order products, make requests, and register to receive materials. The types of personal information that may be collected on these pages are: Name, Address, Phone, Fax, Personal Website/Blog URL, Job Title, Industry, Skills, Employer Name, Resume.
On some pages, you can submit information about other people. For example, if you wish to send an invitation to join the Network or to forward the profile of someone who has requested assistance, you will need to submit the recipient's name and email address.
The Way We Use Information
We use the personal information you provide to facilitate matches between members - Applicants (members seeking help) and Volunteers (members offering to help.) We use names and email addresses of non-members to request their participation in the Network. We will never share personal or contact information with members or non-members unless you have explicitly requested us to do so.
It is important to note that once information has been shared, at your request, we cannot be responsible for its continued protection.
You can control what information is visible to other members and what communications from the Network and other members that you will see by updating the Privacy and Communication settings in your Profile.
We use non-identifying and aggregate information to better design our website and to track and report on the use of and success of the Network. For example, we may report X number of individuals visited a certain area on our website, or that Y numbers of matches have been facilitated, but we will not disclose anything that could be used to identify those individuals.
Finally, we will never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.

Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. For that reason, we never collect or maintain information at our website from those we actually know are under 13, and no part of our website is structured to attract anyone under 13.
